      <image:caption>For the last couple years I have delved into self-portraiture and started exploring themes surrounding ego, trauma, and vanity. However, the transmutation of my two-spirted indigenous body into something that is meant to be enjoyed also asks the audience to address their own relationship with consumption, especially in proximity to colonization. Who is meant to consume this? What is it exactly that I am consuming? How am I being consumed?
